| Handicap: | 100% - played off the low handicap in effect for the day of your match.
|
| Scoring: | Post your score for all matches. These scores SHALL BE POSTED AS REGULAR SCORES. The SEMI FINALS and FINALS shall be posted as TOURNAMENT (T) SCORES without exceeding the Equitable Stroke Control table. If you pick up and concede the hole, record the most likely score you would have made again, without exceeding the Equitable Stroke Control table.
If a match ends prior to 18 holes and the remaining holes are not played, scores for the unfinished holes should be entered by comparing a players handicap to the hole handicap, e.g., if a players handicap is equal to or higher than the hole handicap one (or more) strokes are added to par and recorded for that hole. If the remaining holes are played record the LOWER of either the actual score or the handicap adjusted score as described above.

| Conditions: | If we are cart path only - Lift, Clean, and place within one club length in your own fairway, no closer to the hole. If we are driving on the course, play the ball down.

| Extra Info: | Please consider vacation plans and any other contingencies that might preclude completing all rounds on a timely basis. It is especially important that the first round is completed within the posted time frame. In the absence of highly unusual circumstances, entrants who do not play first round matches within the time limit will be disqualified.
ONCE TEAMS ARE MADE, BUT BEFORE PLAY BEGINS MEMBERS MAY BACK OUT AND WILL BE REPLACED BY MEMBER ON BACK UP LIST WITH COMPARABLE, (OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE) HANDICAP AND BE REFUNDED FOR $15.00
ONCE A TEAM HAS PLAYED THE FIRST ROUND, ANY TEAM MEMBER BACKING OUT LEAVES HIS PARTNER TO PLAY ALONE OR FORFEIT THE REMAINING MATCHES. NO SUBSTITUTIONS AT THIS POINT, AND NO REFUND
The Playday coordinators will attempt to honor those teams who want to play their match on regular playdays. THOSE TEAMS WILL BE PUT AT THE BACK OF THE SCHEDULE. GIVE THEM PLENTY OF NOTICE BEFORE HAND. The handicap committee requests that match scores BE POSTED. You may either play out the 18 holes or post a 18 hole score which uses par + your hole handicap for the holes not played.
