The playday coordinators are Dale Bredahl, George Gundersen, and Rich Valentine.

Please send any requests due to Dr. appointments, etc. to teetimes email link above.

Registration for Wednesday Playday will be closed at ~11:00 AM on Tuesday. Registration for Friday Playday will be closed at ~11:00 AM on Thursday. Final posting will be made ~ 5:00 PM the evening before the playday. To cancel or play after the final posting call the starter (770-874-4179) in the morning prior to the first starting tee time.

In case of inclement weather check for delays on the IHCC Website or call the starter shack (770-874-4179). Any delay beyond 11:00 am, playday will be cancelled. Final decision to play or not is at the discretion of the Table Captain.

NOTE: You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your tee time or you risk being moved to the standby list and replaced by the next member waiting on the standby list.

If you are a standby and didn't make the listing, call the starter shack between 8:00 and 8:30 on the play day. There is a good chance that, with cancellations, the starter will be able to assign you a tee time.

As outlined in Policies and Procedures all winnings not collected in 60 days will be returned to the Ball Fund

2025 SMGA Membership Renewals.

We have changed our renewal procedure for SMGA 2025 dues. If you intend to remain a member in 2025 you do not need to take any further action, your account will be billed on your December statement. If you do not wish to renew for 2025, you need to respond to the earlier emails or otherwise contact the SMGA Membership Director in writing by December 15, stating your intention to resign from the SMGA.

We are not going to renew NASMGA memberships at this time because they have not decided on their dues amount. They will not do that until their December meeting. Everyone will receive another email in January, where you can state your intention about membership. That amount, if you join, will be billed to your statement in February. NASMGA's first event is usually in April so we will have time to get everyone registered.
